Registration form for 1st graders of the 2024-2025 academic year at Tbilisi Archimedes School
The procedure for admission to the 1st grade at the Tbilisi Archimedes School:
Students who will be 6 years old before November 1 (including October 31) will be admitted to the first grade of Tbilisi Archimedes School.
The parent fills out the student’s registration form, which is posted on the official website of Tbilisi Archimedes School;
After registration, the student’s parent must submit the following documents to Tbilisi Archimedes School:
- Copy of birth certificate notarized;
- Health form 100/certificate (vaccinations);
- Notice from parents’ office;
- Copies of parents’ identity cards;
- 1 photo 3 X 4;
- Compliance with the terms stipulated in the agreement.
Tbilisi Archimedes School will carry out the registration of students in the 1st grade in the unified official database after the deadline for the registration of the 1st grade students announced by the Ministry of Education and Science has been determined.
